About Amanda
I discovered yoga during a period of burnout and have never looked back. What began as a physical practice became a complete philosophy — one that has shaped how I move, breathe, and live.
With a 200-hour RYT certification and specialized training in restorative and Vinyasa styles, I create classes that meet you exactly where you are — whether you've never unrolled a mat or you've been practicing for years.
My teaching is grounded in the belief that yoga is not about flexibility or perfection. It's about presence.

A dynamic, breath-centered practice linking movement with breath. Build heat, strength, and focus as sequences flow seamlessly together.
Deeply healing and nourishing. Using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, poses are held for extended periods to release tension from the nervous system.
One-on-one attention tailored entirely to your goals, limitations, and interests. Perfect for beginners, injury recovery, or deepening your practice.
