I discovered yoga during a period of burnout and have never looked back. What began as a physical practice became a complete philosophy — one that has shaped how I move, breathe, and live.

With a 200-hour RYT certification and specialized training in restorative and Vinyasa styles, I create classes that meet you exactly where you are — whether you've never unrolled a mat or you've been practicing for years.

My teaching is grounded in the belief that yoga is not about flexibility or perfection. It's about presence.
